    What is Pool Safe Reinspection

A pool safety reinspection is a comprehensive evaluation of a pool’s safety features and equipment, as well as identifying any potential hazards and risks to prevent accidents or serious injuries.

In Victoria, pools are to be reinspected every 4 years to ensure they continue to meet the relevant safety standards and obtain a pool safety certificate if required. Pool or spa owners that do not comply with the pool safety requirements are subject to a non-conformity notice.

A pool non-conformity notice is a form that is issued in the event of offence of the Building Act 1993. The pool safety inspector must notify and provide a copy of this to the local government if there is no reinspection within the 3 months after the given notice. The local government may take enforcement action, impose penalties or take other action.

    The Swimming Pool Reinspection Process

For new or returning clients, a swimming pool reinspection process begins with a Request a Quote form. At Pool Safe, we encourage clients to fill up the Request a Quote form in order to inform costs as well as set an appointed date for the pool safety reinspection. For other inquiries on pool safety reinspection, please phone or email us.

    Our Pool Reinspection Cost

At Pool Safe, we offer inspection and reinspection for several types of pools. The cost of a pool safety reinspection will vary by its type, size, as well as the type of fencing and gates that are used. For new clients, returning clients, as well as clients who would like to have reinspection with a different pool safety inspector, we encourage you to fill up a Request a Quote form in order to inform costs as well as set an appointed date for the pool safety reinspection. To enquire on quotations further, please phone or email us.
